Mini FAQ:

Autoaim: if you start the game or gain host ingame you can increase or decrease the amount of assistance you get in settings by pressing back key, name of setting is aim.
Matrixmode: slows down the game, when two or more (depending on setting) are in firefight.
Some prefer some not.

Do you guys need an FTP dump? These hosts are horrible for me. I don't know about others but my download times out at 5%.
