It looks like I am out of luck, short of finding some out of country proxies. Neither the Windows nor the Linux (I'm actually looking for the Linux version) are downloadable due to blocking my country (USA).

Could anybody possible re-host the Linux version, or provide an alternate download? I hate to ask for it, but I don't have a copy of an older version of the Linux one to work with. I know the devs want to keep download counts, and I would get it through normal means, but it wasn't letting me do so.
