OTA Updates tip

Hi for anyone that are having update problems failing OTA after download who may like me have left sdcard in situ !!! using the tip else where on this forum

1. remove sdcard
2. reboot
3. go to settings
4. select applications
5. manage app
6. select all
7. tap google service framework delete data
8. back to settings
9. select about software update
10. check for updates

Clear IML77 download failure and try again

to clear the failed download
Go to:

settings----All apps---- find "google services framework"

click on google services framework and then clear data

Now go back to system update and download the update again

I can't get my Wi-Fi Xoom to OTA update to IML77 no matter what I do, what gives?

I've tried the Google Services Framework data clearing/force stop to no avail...I just want some ICS!

Any thoughts?
