I'm trying to find fbis251 new beta 3 kernel, I searched the git but couldn't find it. If anyone has it please post a link to it?

The one here (RC2 at the time of writing) is the latest available:

That's the only link that's in the OP. The link under downloads will always link you to the latest version.
