I did successfully compile Lord's Ver. 4 AOKP (it's not the same as CM9, two different teams) but it seems I'm missing the romcontrol package which is a vital component, akin to CM9's customization/CMParts package.

Must be the syncing is getting errors. I'm going to explore this build and see if it has everything, meanwhile I'm re-initiating lord's repo.

Great work kaijura....i must confess that I am guilty of changing rom yet again today but once this comes out, i'm sure to give it a go....ehehe...
All the best and good luck!

AOKP ready
Lunch is being served in a moment, come get your happy meals before it gets too cold.

Special thanks to LorD again, took me a bit to figure out what it was and had to do extra homework.
Will post in next post with updates, links and small features and bugs already known.

Ice Cold Sandwich ver4.0 changes
AOKP is the Android Open Kang Project. They usually work with google release devices like the Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus. A good analogy by Twistedumbrella for the differences between AOKP and CM9 projects:

What will happen according to what I understand from LorD is that there will be CM9 versions and AOKP versions both released.

From now on, the Vivo build of the Ice Cold is good enough to go into useable stage so I will no longer call them alpha's and experimentals anymore with an arbitrary alpha release number. The device and props are properly configured for most working things, minus small things like button rotation of course (still working on that). We have transitioned past the daily bugs to a point where it is useable material.

What you will see though, is that test versions will reflect Lord's test versions where he rolls out new materials, but it is not the new stable build. (ie, IceCold4-test4.zip)

Ice Cold Sandwich ver 4.0.AOKP Nutella edition

Wipe from Ice Cold 3.0.0 (alpha3 rev2) is not necessary, but recommended if you want to reduce any custom app problems

* CM9: Settings > Customize is now: AOKP: Settings > ROM Control

* Weather in Lockscreen and Status pull-down bar now available
## POSSIBLE BUG: Don't turn on Rom Control>Use Custom Location or you might have FC problems

* Torch app no longer exists. Use the ROM Control options to change the behavior of the flashlight, you can set it to quick settings or use power button while screen off.

* CRT screen-off added

* Sliding quick toggles on pull-down status bar instead of press buttons

*Various other stuff, read my post from yesterday if you missed it:
