Join m4v HD videos

Any way to join different m4v videos taken with the phone (HD quality)?
I tried with Avidemux and MkvmergeGUI, but the result is awful: the video stutters and the FPS count (as seen in Media player Classic) ranges from 150 to 300 FPS.

Try "Super video converter" it's 100% free and it actually works, it might be complicated to use if you have never used a video converter program before but you should be ok, just join the files and dont mess with codecs or anything
