Download Media Scaner from the market, I had the same issue and it was fixed in that way! Hope that it works

Not sure if you were aware, but the Trebuchet launcher is the launcher being created by the Cyanogenmod team themselves. I'm guessing unless they change something, it won't change.

something's keep my cpu at near 100% all the time. for some reason market think's I've purchased betterbattery stats but then tells me I haven't>?!?!?!? Any way I can find out what the culprit it?

edit: media scanner process. Even after 15+ minutes its still consuming substantial CPU and my CPU never drops below 50%. I tried removing my SD card, did the same thing.
Also the app media scanner did zilch, still not picking up my music on my external sd.

restoring nandroid for now, later tonight might try again except this time format my internal storage as well just in case thats the culprit

Set it so "back" kills and then kill off everything one by one?
