I can't wait for 2.6 period. I know for a fact that it will be so much better.

Default bug solution..

As posted before, i found an ungly bug.. When booting up, the unlock sim dialog never appears, and the phone .. isnt a phone anymore... No calls/sms/3g etc..

Posting some extra info, so the dev maybe try to fix it..
I installed gt+ 2.5 ..
Tried w/ or w/o restoring my data with TiBu, and bug appeared both tries.
Also double checked my sim card, and was fine.
So this is Rom's bug.

Additional info:
I have my phone fingerprint locked, and "Skip on security" opt enabled!

Fortunately i found a temporary and useful solution, so i have again a smartphone (before that i got only smart.. )
Settings->Location&Security->Set Up SIM Card Lock-> And..
Disable Lock Sim Card and then enter your pin (no you disabled PIN)
Enable Lock Sim Card, reenter your pin (enabled again)
and now you got your phone working again.

Anybody else experienced this bug? Or i m the only one?

I'm not sure if many people use Sim lock tbh.

On another topic, I commented out all the renice commands in supercharger, fixed permissions and rebooted. standby drain has gone down to below 10mAh. Can't fully test until tonight as it's middle of the day and my phone is not getting much sleep tbh. So, promising, but we'll see...

It depends on how you flash it, follow the link in my signature and you should get good battery life. The link leads to a post that contains instructions on how to patch it for the battery, APN and data fixes.

Tbh I would just wait for 2.6 to come out.

When I try to put the files in the right folders, it tells me I can't because they are read-only.
