OTA 2.3.6 is just a patch for existing 2.3.5 rom. It changes some files and nothing else.
And thats why you cant flash 2.3.6 with RSD from scratch.

If I'm not late here is the link then. The one above is no longer relevant as Motorola released a fixed update and its permanently available from official site.

Anyone have a link to a faster site to download the fastboot files? Maybe a torrent.
2 hours to download this file just sucks.... Especially after the first d/l was corrupt
