Default [APP] Camera ICS

I take no credit for this app whatsoever! All credit for this goes to Moblynx.

Camera ICS is an improved version of the official Camera app included on Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0).
We have also added support for Honeycomb (Android 3.0) tablets.
--- NEW FEATURES ---
- Color effects (mono,sepia,negative,...)
- Silent mode (no shutter sound, might not work on some devices)
- Picture quality setting (low/medium/high/ultra)
- Video bitrate selection (normal/2x)
- Video stabilization on/off (only 4.0)
- 720p face effects (only 4.0)
- Panorama mode and time-lapse video on Honeycomb tablets
We are working on improving the application.
Please contact us at moblynx.us@gmail.com if you have any problem. We are delighted to receive any feedback.

It actually works very very well! I've experienced virtually no lag at all when snapping pictures. Taking Panoramic pictures is awesome. I really suggest you guys check it out, it's free in the Market and here's the link:

Way cool! Works great on the Revo. You're right, it's quick taking snapshots.

The only thing I don't agree with is the fact that there is a paid version. All they did was modify the stock ICS camera app so I'm failing to see how they can charge money for it.

It was probably because of your LCD Density. Glad you got it though!

I have a modded market that allows me to download with a non-standard density (which still could be the problem) that was the first one ive run into that i couldnt download, weird.

Anyway, the app is pretty nice ... super fast with the snapshots. Not too big on the 4:3 format when recording video though, other than that, seems like a solid app.

Dang. I was going to post about this since I saw it a couple days ago but never got around to trying. Oh well, least somebody else found it and shared it with everything. So people who have used it is it worth getting?

I'm liking this. If you're wondering about the paid version, it does seem a little more responsive, and claims to be "ad free". I didn't see any ads in the free version to begin with, but it's a dollar, so who cares?

Try the panorama mode! Holy crap, amazing! I have never used a panorama app that worked as well as this one, makes me REALLY want these devs to get CM9 working on the revo!

Anyways, nice app, I think it's worth the dollar. Just because it's "only a port" doesn't mean it was simply a matter of getting the APK. I'm sure there were modifications that had to be made to make it work on Android versions older than 4.0.
