I'm usually reluctant to use modded ROMs on the Streak as they have flaws in them. So I went with Olleh 407 ROM and rooted it to strip out some stuff.
Then today I decided to try this CM7 mod on my spare Streak and ZOMG!
It's very comprehensively modded and everything I needed works!!!
It's sooo good that within 1 hour of fiddling, I figured it's solid enough for daily use and HAD to installed it on my main streak.
THIS IS WHAT THE STREAK SHOULD HAVE BEEN LIKE!
I love my streak even more now.

I URGE YOU TO TRY THIS MOD. IT IS AMAZING.
YOUR STREAK DESERVES CM7!

If there is any noob afraid to take the plunge with this CM7, I can post step by step instructions and what files you need and where to get them to complete the transformation on ANY stock streak.

The CM7 seems to be okay as it is plus i don't feel its so much of an advantage over DSC. MIUI is much more interesting in that sense. I'd really like to have a good english or international MIUI for the streak. Maybe someone could even give some advice what to do to add language support (from other devices roms that do exist in lots of languages) to the streak MIUI. I tried to mix and match a german version but it didn't work out as i thought so if anyone did something like that before i'd appreciate your advice.

Bluetooth Mouse Working better than EVER!

Happy to report that Bluetooth mouse works better than ever before!
Not only does it work, it will automatically pair up and work after a reboot. This never happened with any stock ROM! 407 Olleh even had the mouse support downgraded to just emulate arrow keys and no mouse pointer. Official Froyo ROMS had the mouse pointer working fine but you had to pair it up after a reboot.
Now I can finally use it with a mouse without touching the screen after a reboot. I have a spare Streak with a stuff digitizer and this is a viable solution.

MIUI ENG HDPI (400X800) plus fix the background colors when I go into root explorer cannot read the file names. When I press next to the file the color changes. I can read the file name for that split second before the file opens. If it is a setting that I am missing please tell me, I changed every color setting I could find, but no luck in fixing my problem. Thanks in advance.

CM7 works perfect without any issue and it is internationalized.If you can solve the issues of MIUI and internationalize it,this would be amazing!I don't know it's default resolution for now but it seems perfect,so i hope to see the default resolution.Thank you!
