RUU files for Mobilicity & Videotron

I could swear that at some point in the past few months there was a thread here with the RUU file for the Mobilicity HTC Panache, and another one for Videotron. Did these threads get deleted? Why?

Edit: I've found the Videotron one is named: RUU_Glacier_Gingerbread_S_Videotron_CA_2.10.1530.1 _Radio_12.55.60.25_26.09.04.26_M_release_188466_si gned.exe
It's linked to from somebody's Dropbox on XDA, but there is no thread for it as far as I can tell. But maybe there is and it's just not coming up in searches?

I don't know why this was so hard to find in searches... strange.

i know that dropbox belongs to me, that file was available here but its not anymore i guess and i re-posted it for someone.

Thanks. What I was looking for was the thread for the Videotron RUU though, not a pre-rooted version, so that users with a Videotron Panache have a route back to unrooted stock S-ON.

I searched the entire forum for Videotron and was not able to find the Videotron RUU thread.

Can someone tell me why when I flash the RUU on my mobilicity Panache it gets stuck on rebooting to bootloader?
