Was curious if there was a way someone in Australia can
download this app and email it to me please.

It wont let me download it because I'm in the US.
Also would this work on an att I777 that is using
A hellraised rom .

Try Market Enabler or one of the other apps on the Market which enable you to download apps that aren't normally available in your region.
