Few more ideas...

1.
Folder sound is Wave Format...
Maybe we could convert few files...
Over 2900 files in over 250 MB...

2.
datalibs
Few config files...

3.
textures folder...
Someone saw Format in Android Version?

Or someone able to make Pics visible...

4.
At the moment I stuck in problem... flash very often Firmware with Multiloader for stupid other tests...

Tintin is very huge to install more then one time every day...
I hope I can find soon alternate way...

I have downloaded PowerVR Version and I9100 Version...

PowerVR have around 400 MB... seems 50 MB smaller as bada Version...
But huges files also 8 MB...

bada Version biggest texture are 4 MB...

Hmmmmm... Need more time...

Big Thanks to aluke for this nice hint

I got TinTin working finally with SIM card inserted

I used aluke's hint to remove Caster app so i gain some space in Apps_compressed.bin as Caster is embedded into it

I tried this on XXLB2....No idea if TinTin work on it normally

But i didn't use CPU 1 GHz overclock and i didn't remove SIM card too

My apps_compressed.bin file has S8600 Store mod only to be able to install TinTin

Removing Caster was done from Phone's menu

Disable MD5 Hash check (From Point 5 only) : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=300

No idea if it is possible to change Caster state to a removable app without losing data or not

At Last Tintin Runned Perfectly With Inserted SIM on my Wave

I Removed Caster,Chaton,MusicHub,IM (yahoo,Msn,Google- I don't use these absolutely)
Tintin Runned Perfectly With Inserted SIM

I Played 5 min.After I Exit Game,After Again Runned ,IT Runned Perfectly

Note:I don't do CPU Stabilize
