How's the battery life? When I had AOKP, I disabled everything I found to be excessive and still only got less than 10 hours of use, just idle. On CM9 I got maybe 20-30 hours idle. On stock, I'm getting 2-3 days of moderate use. I just want to gauge what people's experiences are. Particularly that of GSM users.

My life is the same as cm9 and the same as stock..that's just me
EDIT: after using 3/9 AOKP all day with heavy to moderate usage..I am seeing significant battery life improvment. AOKP <3

BUT, the Global Phone menu is enabled and it has the same APN list w/ all of the frameworks/phone changes in CM9 to make GSM work there.
Some of GSM users get this room working smoothly, but another get never phone FC.

May be it just happen with XT862???

So, I'm running the 3/9 nightly and still don't have keyboard backlights? I thought I saw in the change log that this had been fixed. Maybe I imagined it?

I get unending FCs every few seconds both on AOKP and CM9. Face unlock isn't working yet. rapmv78 said it likely requires hardware acceleration and fully functioning hardware codecs so that's a work in progress.

If there's any GSM user's out there who got AOKP or CM9 to work without FCing, could you outline your exact steps? For me, I've been near 100% battery everytime, wiped data/cache/dalvik coming from Gingerbread and get FC's everytime (including audio), and if not on fresh install, happens after first boot.
