One thing I've been wondering with every version of CM9 is how do I turn off the vibrate when unlocking the phone? Turned off vibrate everywhere I can see but can't seem to find a setting for this.

I think that will be adjustable later under Settings>System>Lock Screen. Probably hasn't been added upstream yet.

Im on track to do the same right now on my "3500" mah chinese battery. The thing is, this morning I ran through one of them in 5 hours with only 2 hrs screen on time. Something weird going on.

Ok, I know this was a major argument before but I'm gonna say it anyways without trying to start something..
Turning data off just isn't that practical for everybody. Sure it saves battery. That's a duh. But that's like saying to save gas don't drive, push your car instead.
That's just me...

Here's what I do, and I'm getting pretty decent stats. Will post pic after I wipe stats and do a full run. (Just installed b0 today)
For those who don't believe in pushing your cars:
The custom kernel nonsense is well... nonsense.
I'm using shadow kernel (now v0.6 I believe) and I CAN use 100mhz.* AND I can undervolt it. Something I don't believe stock can do. (I may be wrong) this also allows higher voltages (better performance for you noobs out there)
My voltage control settings:
I\o = cfq (idk what these mean to be honest I just remeber seeing someelse used it)
Cpu gov. = on demand
Min-max = 100 - 1300

Voltages =
1300 -0
1200-0
1100-0
1000-25
900-50
800-75
600-75
400-100
200-100
100-50

*I've read that some people can get it to stick with 100 others can't. So far I can and it seems most can. Even still, 200 uv'd with oc abilities is a better deal than 100 with no uv or oc. In my opinion. i could prob do some stronger undervolting but these are my tried and true stats thus far. will test harder settings soon.
I set my brightness settings to dim 25 50 75 100. (No auto, batt killer) I've been using it at 25 so I don't get the green flash bc voodoo color.
I've got awesome colors (side note) and will share if wanted.

All of the above is my opinion of the best (thus far) for those interested to consider. Not me stating the 1 best thing period and starting a fight.

Do these epics store battery charge for emergency use? My unit was down to about 8% and I rebooted just to see if it would kill it and it came back at 20%?????

Stats are notoriously inaccurate below 50%.
