Ape Escape [U] [SCUS-94423] - working flawlessly with SW rendering on and analog mode enabled (control type 5 or 6 are !MUST! or else the game won't boot - it will show that dual shock controller is needed to play it).
Little problems with joypads - you can only walk to the right (using left joypad) and it's impossible to swing the net/sword to the right (using right joypad). Also to swing your net/sword etc. in any any other direction you must move your finger almost to the end of the touchpad layer, it's very uncomfortable.
Phone history:

Sagem MY-X1 > Nokia 3310 > Nokia 3510i > SE k750i > SE p990i > SE Xperia X8 > SE XperiaPLAY > Sony Xperia T:

SONY, Y U NO GIVE US STAMINA MODE?

Framerate is pretty nice. I've just played first stage (catch 3 apes) and the only moment when framerate drops for a moment is when you've just catched the ape and these bright, white "boom" comes out of the net (don't know how to describe it ). But joypad problem makes me soooo angry I'm about to uninstall this game...

mate of mine had a bunch of old psx cds. came across tomb raider 1 and tomb raider 2. extracted the iso and converted them to .bin images. didn't work and the launch screen was simply black. out of curiosity i converted them to .img files and viola! working!....BUT....there's always a but isn't there =)......the sound/audio is off timed. meaning, when lara fires her guns the flashes are there but the sound comes after like a second or two. anyone experienced something like this? at the moment i'm happy to play it in silent mode (as if i had a choice). all audio for both are out of sync including the voices and stuff. tried converting again but the results are the same.

happy to say that i extracted the following roms and they're working well in 2.0:
toy story 2
doom
final doom
star wars: dark forces
duke nukem: time to kill
duke nukem: land of babes
duke nukem: total meltdown
namco museum (vol 1-4)
activision collection
mario

whew! good thing i have a 64gb card to fit all these in =)

quick question: i know that the psxperia only does .bin and .img files (or are there more?), but what if the iso has a file extion of .bin.data? does that work or do i need to convert to .bin/.img?

cheers

Sound isn't an issue for many, like me. I play at work and on the bus, so I usually don't have sound turned on

Thanks for getting things working But...when in hell did Mario get on PSX?

re: mario. the disk he has is a compilation of games. haven't tried the others yet but the menu (which looks cheesy) has mario (which i've tried), donkey kong and even an the first duke nukem (not the 3d vers). i'll get a screenshot asap. come to think of it, i'll browse the net for this.

on tomb raider 1 and 2. i was fiddling around with it again and one major issue it has is the game crashes when you try to save. selecting weapons or med kits are fine. but saving causes the black screen to come up. another bug is when trying to implement the cheat codes. causes the black screen as well.

Runs just fine! Both HW and SW renderer, but the only problem I've ran into was the music and some dialogue. What will happen is that it will randomly cut off, then repeat. I game on my phone only during study hall at school when I don't have any homework, so normally I have the sound off, but I also like to play at home sometimes so it does get annoying when I want the sound on.
Devices
Primary: Apple iPhone 4 (iOS 6.0.1 Jailbroken)
Secondary/Backup: Sony Ericsson Xperia Play (P.A.C.man JellyBean)
Older/Backup: LG Vortex (CyanogenMod 10)
