First of all, I must thanks Dutty for his wonderful rom and that's why I always use his work as my base. This rom is based on his most stable release [Apr-29]. Therefore, same Hardspl, radio, requirement, bugs and problems as the original rom.

Same theory as my V1 rom. Fast, stable, no junks, w/ lots of pre-installed software (in my opinion of course. +_+)

3. Fix GPS compatibility problem w/ IGuidance4 (GPS Gate is no longer require to use this rom). AGPS registry setting is enable by default (No sure if AGPS is really active and working, but no connection problem like the previous version)

3. Change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Au dioGateway\ConnectHFOnCall to 0 which seems to solve A2DP connection disconnect after phone call.

Basically, all the changes are for Manilla 2D, everything should be working including camera albums. I would not include M2d in the rom until everything (e.g. Landscape) is working. My **New** customized M2D is here. (My older M2D cab can be found here if use for other roms and the new one is not working)

2. Update Audio Manager to 2.0
3. Update HTC Album to support video viewing (Both H.263 and Mpeg4 working, but HTC youtube will break Mpeg4)

SDConfig.txt: UC example for auto configuration after hard-reset. Edit your own put it under the root of the SD card. Here's how I copy the licenses for the softwares.

ATT no proxy IG4 fix: For AT&T only. Apply after you done w/ Auto connection setup. It will remove the proxy. And also setup the fixed DNS and Wins address so that Iguidance can start quickly even w/ data connection.

Tilt Keyboard fix: Only for AT&T Tilt.

Dialer.zip: For people who want to use WM6 default dialer. Extract files to \Windows and change \HKLM\Security\Phone\Skin\Enable to 0 [fixed in 2.3]

3G Dailer: For people that need the 3G video function: Download Here

Opera 9: 1957 work best w/ youtube support

HTC Home.zip: For V2.4 or later since I removed it from the rom

M2D: My customized M2D and better performance (youtube icon points to core player since it's built-in and works better than HTC youtube).

kristoff_sz did a very good job for rom comparision here. As you can see from the spreadsheet, I beat most other roms for overall index.

Bug List / Work around / tips:

1. [Fixed in 2.3] iGuidance 4 does not refresh due to new GPS driver (same issue w/ Official 6.1). Use GPSGate on Com4, create a virtual Com1 and have IG4 to use com1. All others GPS softwares (Tomtom7, Garmin Mobile XT) work fine w/ Com4 or WM GPS intermedia driver

2. SIP change may become slow after lots of software installed. Here is the solution that works for me.

3. Maybe error code "86000107" w/ acticesync if sync w/ 2 or more PC (including Windows Live). It's a bug introduced by WM6.1

4. [Fixed in 2.3] Please change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Au dioGateway\BTAGExtModule to "\Windows\OEMAGW.dll". It's seem to fix a issue w/ bluetooth headset/A2DP if we close the connection.

5. Sim card contact is hidden by default. You can enable it by setting 1 to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Phone\ShowSIM

6. For people that want to play around the system font size, you should play around w/ the registry settings below:

Could you tell what software in your ROM that need keys?

There is a verson of Dutty 4/29 uses older radio, 1.64.xx.xx, which has better reception and battery usage in my case. Will that version comes out later?

In addition, you said your ROM does not support directDraw, as far as I know Opera uses directDraw, it works in Dutty's, will it work in yours?
