You can't format a partition unless it's not mounted (in Linux anyway).

It's a great rom, just still upset about the format.

Now I can also assure you that Doniqcc has never dev a rom that erases your internal SD card. I've been using his roms ever since his froyo eb rom I personally ran this rom for months have gone back and forth; flash and reflashed this specific 2.3.3 1.09 Without issue and without an external SD card so everything was saved to internal pics/ vids etc. And these never got touched. So it is definetly not the result of flashing this rom.

Oh Lord Of ROMs, i have flashed all your ROMs..Stock, CM7 and CM9..never ever had internal card formatting or even lost single BIT from external or internal cards

After fixing permissions this build seems to be much happier

I can't seem to get the pulse notification to work the way I want though, was hoping to have it kind of fade on and off over 3 seconds or so but it seems to only fade on/off for 1 second no matter what I change the duration and frequency to. I guess we technically shouldn't have the color option either eh?

Question for EB team though: Does his kernel support the poweron and poweroff sounds in some way? I named some appropriate .ogg files and placed them under system\media\audio in their respective folders but still seem to be out of luck.

Going to give WiFi calling a try tomorrow now that I've 'fixed' the RIL with that GetRIL app. SOOOOOOO exciting guys, thank you for an April-not-fools gift!

This is a GB-based ROM. It totally supports the power on/off sounds. You don't have to place the files in that folder. Just place somewhere in SD card, then reboot your phone. Make sure the audio codec of the file is appropriate =)

For the best result, I think you should just use v1.08. I got major flash background issues with v1.09 though

this by far has been my favorite rom for this phone. i just HATE the LG camera because of the FFC. Whenever i swap the LG cam for a stock cam, the camera would be all funky.

i too am now a victim of a formatted internal. i think it has to do with the nullify. i nullified but the rom wouldnt flash directly after that. so i flashed a cm7 based rom and then full wiped regular and flashed the rom. then noticed that all my internal crap is gone. pictures, music, files, etc. I'm not upset though because i have it all backed up on my computer. weird though
