Because it is based on AOSP, there's no source code for 4.0.4 yet.
The latest source code available is 4.0.3.
Anything 4.0.4 is based on the ported version of the leaked ROM for NS 4G.

I think the green icon(before customize) must be white... it fits better because all the other icons in the settings menu are white
