Read the OP, the dl on the VI site is outdated.

ok i tried this GFX patch over the virtous_seb rom and it could not pass the boot screen..
now restoring old backup

Did you flash latest fw as well?
Phone = HTC sensation;
Rom = CM10 Bruce2728 (06/09)
Kernel = Included CM10 kernel
Firmware = 3.33
Screen manufacturer = AUO
S-Off
Rooted
