Hmm not sure, why it would not work, you might have to pm the ROM maker and see if there is a way for you to go back to ROGERS ROM.

then i think its not possible. but i may be wrong. Have you tried to Lock your bootloader and then Flash it?

I also went to check the HTC website support page for ROGERS tablets and unfortunately these guys don't have any ROM there.
