It seems you are not using RC 5.4 of CM7.2. Even if you are using it, make sure you haven't changed the framework. I can see that you have applied somekind of theme and that might be the reason why you are unable to use it.

You need a clean (without changes to framework) RC5.4 build and I am sure it will work on it.
