1.)copy transparent-stock.zip into SD card
2.) reboot into recovery
3.)go to advanced -> wipe dalvik cache
4.) go back, choose install zip from SD card
5.) go to the path where the zip file is located and install it
6.) reboot the phone
7.) press 'thanks' button here if worked

i guess no, this zip file is made by using 2.3.4 (.42).
