they do these soak tests as of they will actually go back and fix issues before releasing
the 2.3.4 bugs were pointed out and known(like battery jumping) and moto knew about it for sure, and the forums manager said "well we are going to go ahead and make this update public even with these bugs, thanks for all, your help"
soooo I don't even know why they do these tests

How annoying. So they get users to test it out and report what works and what doesn't, then they just proceed to ignore any bugs cause they don't want to be bothered in fixing them? Lame.

I guess the Android version will change but I'm not expecting anything major in the update. Hopefully, I'm wrong!

I've been part of the last 2 soak tests (had the option with this one but didn't take it) and it took a couple weeks from announcement before I even received it. Then it was a couple more weeks before it was officially released.
