Just reflash the current rom your using and it will take you back to Eyck

hey, thanks! I'm learning all this stuff.

I bet reflashing the rom would clear all my apps & settings (mikg), but I suppose I should be able to restore 'en with titanium backup.

In order to flash a theme, do I need to do it in recovery or can I use the theme via the theme menus? Sorry for the nubness.

just wipe cache and dalvik cache then flash the ROM again and you wont lose any apps or settings.
