I'm curious. What has changed to dramatically improve my wimax reception in the latest 4.04 cm9 builds? It is not just the one bar to three bar change in the status bar. I checked the signal strength in the status settings, and it has improved by 10dBm, at least.

I noticed this as well.. . I was barely connected to 4g this morning and after I upgraded I have 3 bars.... not complaining I just hope this has happened at my house

im still using v11, but its not the latest. for a clean install, use the ones that jesusice provided. if youre just updating the kang, v11 wont hurt because it doesnt downgrade your gapps. i updated the op with the goo-inside.me link.

SMS greater than 160 garbled

Hey everybody. im on the 3/30 "unofficial" kang (lol).... so tried sending a message longer than 160 characters and it the result is a bunch of garbled symbols. Also the stock messaging app is missing the split 160 box, but it does have the split counter box.? anyway flashing denverg's mms was my work around, but I was wondering if anyone could comfirm this issue?
