I flashed over the previous build (after wiping cache and Dalvik, of course), and it works just fine.

And to Amphibliam, yes, MMS works.

Absolutely agreed. I've installed this and am trying it as my first ICS rom, and man, I am blown away. Incredible work, and a great rom overall. Can't wait to play with my newly upgraded toy...

Whenever I try to download using the app it fails. But using Chrome, it works fine

OK folks I finally got my download so flash rom then gapps then do I need to flash the qualcom drivers or are they already in the rom and also is there a need to flash a different kernel thank you in advance

No need for the qualcomm drivers, they are already in.

You don't need to flash a different kernel, but you can if you want :)
