Default My E4GT is randomly touching itself... [UPDATE: bad digitizer]

Ok I know the title sounds odd but recently my phone is suffering from phantom button touches.

I am running calk's 1.3a and have a SPG screen protector and a tpu case.

Recently I noticed the phone thinks there are screen presses when there are none.. I tried taking the case of and removed the screen protector but the problem persists...

Anyone else having this problem?

So apparently my digitizer is bad... from what I found after an hour of searching on Google... The average cost of repairs if I do it myself is around $200.00 Does anyone know if this is covered under the in store repair from sprint...

And should I un-root?

DONATE TO ME
If a bad digitizer is something with manufacturing and the user cant cause Id assume its covered under insurance but yea if you do take it back to a sprint store id suggest returning to bone stock el29
