OK. Phone process has just randomly begun fcing. Then i lose service and get taken to main screen to enter my sim unlock code. It also says I need to restart the phone to get network or something. Its been non stop for the past 3 minutes.

Same here.
Then I can download apps from market ONLY whit wifi and don't know why.

Nova launcher is better than the default launcher.

I had a few FC's, but I think it was related to me restoring a few apps with data. I had the Play Store FC on me. I rebooted in Recovery, Wiped Dalvik, pulled the battery. Android then upgraded a lot of apps. Didn't seem to help though. Then cleared data for Play Store, and that worked great.

Right now, this rom seems to work great for me. Thanks!
It's not as smooth as Sense 4.0, but I'm a sucker for MIUI, so I'll stick with this one for now.
