Isn't there already a CM7.2 (RC1) for the Thrill? (p925).

It will not work until lg releases the kernel source code for the v20p rom.

It will work because CM replaces both the kernel and the rom. The only thing you need installed beforehand is the baseband.

He asked if the v20p baseband worked with cm7.2. It does not at the moment. LG changed something with the baseband which requires a kernel update. Until LG drops the newer source code cm7.2 will not work with the v20p baseband.

You could probably flash cm7.2 and then flash the stock kernel

Listen up. The cyanogen stuff not work with p925 after 2.3.5 update. Not with just flash it in. No service. There may be other roms but not them. Not 0920or 0925 or vengeance with gb baseband. Save yourself some irritation and study more before proceeding. I was hasty and was stuck with an iphone 3 for like 2 weeks. Dont let it happen to you.
