How to Install ICS SKIN:

1. Reboot into CWM
2. Install zip From SD Card
3. Select ICS SKIN and Install
4. Reboot ---> Enjoy

How to Install TW4 Launcher + TW4 Manager:
1. Put The 2 APKs in your Phone
2. Install it Enjoy

How to Install THEME for T4 Launcher:
1. Open T4 Manager
2. Press Theme
3. Press Menu Button (The left Button on your Phone)
4. Refresh list
5. Press on a Theme and Download it
6. Go to Homescreen
7. Press Menu Button (The left Button on your Phone)
8. Press Preferences
9. Press Themes
10. Choose Themes
11. Then The Downloaded theme
12. Apply --> Overwrite go back
13. And Press Restart and Save
14. Enjoy

Everything works fine except I could not able to add icons at my docbar . I assigned different activities , but nothing shows on docbar except application drawer icon . Any idea?

Go to Homescreen
Press Menu Button
Press Prefercenses
Dock Settings
Icon Dock Count
And set How Much You Want
Go Back Press Restart and Save
And Try Again

i think u forgot to upload the ics skin.zip....
