As far as I know the only difference between those 2 (in terms of graphics and interface ) should be the theme and the fact that terramino's version includes a few more system apps...

But considering that the elite sx won't get more updates, geno's MIUI is in advantage.

I tried to flash dzo's 3.0 kernel but miui v4 won't boot. Will have to wait for geno.

It's reasonably stable. It has a memory leak issue where free RAM starts out @ 50-70MB and then goes a lot lower even with no apps open. It also got stuck in a boot loop when I tried to apply a theme which included a font, but otherwise it's been nice. I definitely can see why many people love MIUI.
