I don't if someone already posted this here.
In the last update (RC3.0U1), if your trackball wake doesn't work, just disable and enable it again, so it will work properly.

Edit: Anyone knows how to disable the "feature" of creating a shortcut when I install something from market? It's quite annoying.

Yeah, it's "Auto-add widgets" in Play settings.

It should really be off by default though.

The rom is simply amazing. The best ICS ever

The only issue i am having is the system doesn't allow to add the flashlight to switch toggles
