Erm, yes there is. I mentioned an app in my previous post that can install XAPs without using IE.

Works well on my Focus Rev 1.3 with WP7 Root Tools .9. I was wondering why Nokia Drive installs with the Title @\Applications\Install... Why didn't it install as "Drive" or "Nokia Drive"? Is there a way to correct this? Great job.

. added 2 homebrew forgotten apps (WP7 Root Tools 0.9 and Snotify)
. Cleaned some code and minor isuues

I have DevStore7 Version 2.1.3, elevated permissions with WP7 Root Tools, works fine. I updated from DS Marketplace with no issues. When I try to download latest version 3.0.1 I get a long list of exceptions and the app will not update. Is it because versions before 3.0 worked under WP7 Root Tools permissions elevations but versions 3.0 and later require full unlock?

Edit: I am using XapHandler and can install via IE
