I think I'm missing something but I can't figure out how to change logo0 in the logo.bin. I tried doing the 'Build Logo Partition' and selecting the image I wanted (pulled from another logo.bin) but it didn't change anything that I could tell. Is there a way to just use the logo.bin from another ROM?

It's actually no need to replace something in logo.bin. New logo is cooked in while building new rom. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...5&postcount=86

.

there are like 14 logo images though and the one image i want to change doesn't seem to get cooked when i try to build the rom (logo0)

EDIT: I just built the rom without changing anything with the logo, then dumped the bins with htcrie then took the logo.bin that i wanted to swap and overwrote the dumped logo.bin then rebuilt the rom with htcrie. So a kinda backwords way but it worked. would be nice to just be able to do the swap in OSBuilder but meh.

can some one please guide me to the last step in need in cooking my rom

after i click start > ... i get imgfs_new.bin & xip_new.bin files in "temp" folder
how can I insert these into my OS.nb or OS.D000FF file ..so I can flash the new rom?

I attempted to use htcRIE & BINInsert with no luck...& I am not sure if I can or how to use OSBuilder to do that?

Thanks in advance

Check "Use built-in engine to build rom file" (Build dump and ROM settings) and click "ROM files and types" for additional settings.

OSBuilder V 1.4.205 (16.04.2012) changelog:

1. New settings form
2. More responsive UI
3. WMSTORE rom format support.
4. Significantly updated D000FF support. Thanks, Andim! !!!Be VERY careful with maximum ROM size!!!
5. Automatic o32_dataptr fixing - important for system updates
6. WP7 DSM support improved. New module size calculation subroutine.
7. WP7 page pool changing support. (!) You have to keep original not patched NK, otherwise pool won't be changed during building.
8. Package file browser performance improved.
9. Simple algorithm against ROMs with hexed headers added. No need to use such protections anymore.
10. Language packages sorting function added to CIF/SOF editor.
11. RGU: Now OSB ignores most of errors OEMs and MS got used to.
12. SLDR certs edit button.

ATTENTION! There are some new settings for D000FF generator! Please open settings window, check all settings (ROM files and formats) and the save settings.
