Default Unlocked Thunderbolt for sale

Thunderbolt ready for Dev work.
It has an unlocked bootloader with S-off, and it is already rooted.
Clockwork touch recovery is installed.
It has a clean ESN and can be activated on Verizon.
It has two dead spots in the digitizer. But, no other problems.

It says carrier unlocked...that can't be. Also you shouldn't have paid $50 to get it put on Page Plus, you just call and get service, activate it and it should be good to go.

What exactly is your definition of "carrier unlocked"?

My mistake. I skipped over that section while creating the listing. The reason I chose the "unlocked" template over the one labeled "Verizon" is because the phone was last used on the PagePlus network and not Verizon. The phone does have an unlocked bootloader with S-off. This makes it ideal for a developer (beginner or advanced.)

Pageplus will not active any phone in which the MEID begins with 99. In order to do so, one is required to own the $699 version of CDMATool and a papeplus dealer account. That is the reason for the $50 service from Beigephone.com to program and activate the thunderbolt on pageplus or another CDMA prepaid network.
