Default Kernel

What kernel do you guys suggest? I rooted the phone with one of the kernels (zedomax) to get CWM and when i go to about phone shows cm kernel but the kernel flash screen is still the first one i flashed (zedomax).

Any suggestions?? I see a kernel link in the OP CM9-Kernel-I777 should i flash that or flash (Entropy512 ICS)?

Thanks

Remove you SD card and it shouldn't have the problem anymore.

i did a normal update from one of the 3/30 builds to the 4/2 build and got terrible lag problems. The rom was studdering right and left and was only somewhat usable. Did anyone else experiance this?

I did a restore to 3/30 again and updated to the 4/3 and fixed all the problems. all is good so far..
I did a cache wipe and a delvik cache wipe for the upgrade like normal. Was this just rom instability issues?

The only thing I've noticed from the 4/3 rom is the browser is much slower compared to the 3/30 build. I think battery life has improved though...
Holding off on the 4/4 build regarding the locking/sd card problems.

When updating between builds do u have to do them in order? or can u skip/jump a build and still upgrade cleanly?

Or flashback to 4/3.
Since when do we put ROM threads in general, and what is this thread supposed to be for then?

And obviously I backed down to 4/3, I was trying to find out if it was just me.

CM9 isn't really a port now that official nightlies are going out. There is a dev thread in the ROM section. The thread in the general section is for general discussion on the nightlies. I was kinda hoping this one would be locked and left to die to avoid the confusion of having two active threads acting as pretty much the same thing.
