Touch recovery on boot

SOMEHOW, but I don't know how, I have it working ...but on every OTHER boot, not every one ? I can't explain it but it works.

I had to try to install several times and probably can't recreate the process but perhaps if someone else plays around you might fall on it too.

CWM TOUCH is the best system of restore android...

I am curious has tried this with ICS roms. I am using safestrape but I know safestrap is not ics compatible.

attached one should work.

I just d/l'ed the touch recovery zipfile & followed instructions exa
& it just did not work… I rebooted & went into CWM to confirm the install & nothing. Even tried rebooting & starting cwm again, no difference.

Using Razr Maxx, CWM installed via Matt's utility, & running Eclipse1.3 & working fm re-flashed 173 also via Matt's util…

Went back w/nandroid restore that was b/u 'ed just b4 tried the install & all is fine now

Has anyone confirmed that this works on the ICS Leak?
