This is my latest bulid for Alldro Speed/LY-F1 7" tablets, with 512 MB RAM or 1 GB RAM :

512 MB RAM versions :

MOD EDIT

- CWM Recovery
- Rooted, superuser installed
- no apps in OEM folder
- circle battery icon with 1% steps
- full market access
- build.prop tweaks
- personalized start image (alldro speed)
- new kernel #2 (with more RAM available)
- GoLauncherEX preinstalled if you like to mod the build.prop (lcd density from 130 it's not working with stock launcher)

Install with livesuit 1.07 and choose FORMAT (if you aldready have my 23.03 build, format it's not necessary).

- full screen patch - with 120 dpi the statusbar is hiding when you play games, clips etc. You have in settings - display - fullscreen mode option (I use smart mode)







UPDATE 03.05.2012 : MOD EDIT

changes :
- CWM Recovery works with both internal and external sd.
- Novo7 Tools for reboot directly in CWM.
- Your extern microSD now is sdcard (you can now install a 16 or 32 GB card for more apps and games) and the internal sdcard is now extsd.
- This update must be installed with FORMAT because of the switching between the internal and external SD.

It's tested and working, DO NOT install on the 512 RAM tablets!



Update 12.06.2012 : MOD EDIT
- update after latest 0.6.5 ROM - Working with both 512 MB and 1 GB RAM tablets!
- you have in /system/etc 2 files : vold.fstab (default, using normal sdcard) and vold.fstab_ that needs to be renamed (and the other vold.fstab moved or deleted) to switch the sdcard to extsd.
- rooted, busybox updated
- no oem folder
- fullscreen patch
- full market
- etc.
Install with livesuit and FORMAT!

I have tried yours, it seems preinstall not working in your ROM,

I'm success to extend data partition from 1GB to 2GB and system partition from 256MB to 512MB,

I have some modification with vold.stab to make sdcard mount external memory, and extsd mount as internal.
But I fail to change and rename extsd to nandflash,

Could you tell me how to do it?

I think you need to modify some .rc files too... like init.sun4i.rc.

Try to modify init.sun4i.rc. in boot image, and vold.stab
renaming extsd to nand, and mount using vold.stab,
the result is boot loop, cant enter the main menu,
How to solve it?

When you play with boot image, kernel, bootloader... the results are most of the time boot loops... My advice is to stop playing with that cause you can't turn the LY-F1 into an 32 GB iPad or galaxy tab. There is an app (gl2sd) that can move game data files to extsd and it's safer than editing boot image & stuff.

Out of curiosity, why don't you release a .zip format rom to be installed via CWM Recovery... ?

LiveSuite is problematic for non-window users, and emulating it doesn't help a bit.

Now, some users have problems with market in 2.04 rom so I reuploaded the 1.04 rom :

Flash with format! until I'll make the next build use this 1.04 for a full market , including youtube and gmail. if you have sound problems : disable all sounds from settings, including the sounds from android keyboard settings.

I will flash them both to test... as soon as i figure out how the hell can i flash it without livesuite. I have no windows machine at my disposal and for some stupid reason using livesuite with VirtualBox isn't working either.
