wich one is Rishee? the first one or the last one? and how to apply? just partition sd and flash it? do i need to format my sd?

it will not format ur sd card but it will format ur fone data so make sure that u have a backup

do i have to make wipe/reset data after applying the memory hack ? and do i have to make ext4 partition on my sd ?

yup u should have second partition no wipe data needed it will do it self...
