Are you doing both a dell factory reset, and a steakmod wipe data/ factory reset?

I don't have any issue with the volume. You might try installing DSC Gain.apk

Kept in wifi deep sleep problem. WiFi driver would go to the issue by installing with original hPa's patch DSC_hPa_WiFi.zip

I installed but did not work.

Could you be a little bit more specific? Did any of the apks install? Did you get fc? Did your machine blow up?

Try to clear dalvik and cache, and try resetting permissions.

I did already but it did not work.
