What danger will i get when i will unlock my phone ?
Can it be locked back ?
Is this phone completely brickable ? i mean like galaxy series from samsung

this can be useful for many peoples

When you unlock your device through HTCDev you get less warranty. HTC will refuse to repair your product if the problem is CAUSED by the rooting (Not if it has another cause ofcourse).

I'd say you better wait for a way to unlock the device without losing your warranty, devs are currently working on that.

Every phone is brickable, there isn't a 100 % safe way to do this. But most of the times it's quite safe, especially if it's done by some well known dev like the Unrevoked team.
