Try Go Launcher its free and so many themes are available in Android market....

Want to change the dialer but not getting a proper result..

I tried changing the dialer and the screen after that ( last two screen shots) to the ZCLA1 stock ones but i am unable to do that.. I used root explorer for replacing the contacts.apk and phone.apk from /system/app . i used go contacts for contacts.apk but for phone.apk i tried replacing it with the ZCLA1 stock phone.apk but the screen remains the same. I tried formating the cache n all but still the screen ( the last screenshot) is not replaced. what to do? please help..

You need to flash this ZIP with CWM that's enough.

Well, the dialer screen is in Contacts.apk\res\drawable-hdpi
and in call screen is in Phone.apk\res\drawable-hdpi
Replacing PNGs will change them. Not sure what you did wrong, look in system\app folder again and before that check on PC the apk you want to move to phone (unpack and check) maybe you ranamed some folder wrong...

They are very few for Stock ROM you can try Honeycomb theme dev by m.kochan10, if you are ready to flash GLX R ROM Project Series themes are very nice...

I think some people didn't like battery % in sensation theme
