Not Boot

[2] just follow on-screen instruction until successfully boot with unlocked bootloader

now the important part : (u can use Revolutionary custom CWM recovery image or official CWM )

[3a] Revolutionary CWM
(i) download Revolutionary shutteru CWM recovery from here
(ii) reboot device in bootloader mode > fastboot > plug in usb cable until u see FASTBOOT USB on device screen
(iii) now in adb type : fastboot flash recovery cwm-4.0.1.4-shooteru.img
(iv) Done.

I comleted this steps after that i flash virtuos eclipse.When power on the phone an htc image which is green at white appears comes on and it wait at this screen .
I didnt s-off is it reques s-off?

No it doesn’t required an s-off.. You're experienced a bootloop.. All you need to do is flash the boot img :
1. pull the battery off, and go to the bootloader..
2. Open the zip of your ROM file and find a boot img
3. Extract the boot.img to the fastboot directory (c:\ android)
4. Connect your phone to the computer and choose fastboot
5. Open cmd and type fastboot flash boot boot.img
6. Restart your phone
7. Done...

if it is stuck at the htc boot screen then manually extract the file boot.img from the ROM you are installing then put it in the same directory as fastboot and then type in
fastboot flash boot boot.img
and that should fix it

Thnx i will try it.
By the way i have download another rom "MikRunny-3vo-v1.13-GSM-signed"
There is no boot.img in it?
