Its says cant find the file, the file already exist. What am I missing?

Use root explorer, find the existing file: camera.qsd8k.so and rename it camera.qsd8k.bak. Then paste to that same location the new camera.qsd8k.so
Reboot and your done.

How stable is this rom... I tried AOKP milestone, and that **** was awful.... I also tried another one, and it was trash...

Am i gonna regret flashing this rom?

Or should i sit tight on cm 7.1?

If you want stability, stay on Gingerbread. I've been using Pons CM7.2 builds since december. Never had a problem. In fact, I had over 300 hours uptime, before I rebooted to do a backup this morning.

I've said it before, but here's my assessment:

2.0a9 is pretty stable, but battery life stinks
1.81 is not that stable, but battery life is pretty good

I'm holding out hope that 1.83 fixes the stability issues with the non-HWA versions, because I need the battery life to get through 18 holes of golf with GPS

Define Stable? I have no issues with 2.09a, get a good 6-7hrs of play time. It is my daily driver. I text all the time, youtube, camera some phone calls, PANDORA like 2 hrs a day...

That to me is hella stable.

I have been using 2.0a9 after your recommendation (and links) and I am very happy with the battery life. I get 2-3 days with moderate texting/email usage. I don't do much talking on the phone though.

Any chance its some app in your setup sucking up the battery juice on 2.0a9?
