Every waking day, I visit, first, the XDA site to see if you have made us a surprise. You changed my life with your work. I am in Africa. Our continent is not yet very advanced in programming. I am one of the few members to be Cameroonian, perhaps the only, I do not yet have a bank account, I would have to give everything I own because my phone is my life. I can not give you anything for now but every day I pray that the Lord grant you many graces. I wanted to tell you all this long, and now it's done. I also thank all members for their contribution to XDA each day. For me, this is a great honor and a pleasure to be here. I really do not know what to say so that you understand what I really feel but I know you understand.
naa, thank you again for everything. In a few days, I will not have the X10 mini. I'll sell it because I need money. I had it by gift and it afflicts me to sell it. But i have no choice and i wish you all the best for the future. Certainly, i'll buy a new phone but no now.
I love you all guys. We are together...
Thank you for your touching words my friend. I never imagined my work would have such an effect on some people. I'm really happy you are enjoying it!
Too bad to hear you'll be selling your mini. Hope things work out good for you

I just wanna thank too. Coz I'm buy ST15i and coz I'm not say goodbye coz I'm don't stop use my mini.
And there I'm . STILL THERE
Does anyone else say goodbye on miniCM treads ?
If yes then we can open new tread just for bye's
Coz in the end we still have bugs to fix like camcorder , radio volumecontrol screen off ... and etc.
You turn the tread to bye bye
Go and use your ICS's and brand new shinny phones and let us rest there and wait our fixes from our God NAa

I newer understand and don't wanna to the people who left something for other thing.
What's is better than have them all

I want one important fix , just one. Really I don't care about cosmetic bug like radio volume or camera video mode .
The fix I need its 3G.
I think its in kernel. What I mean?
When 3G is on its drain battery so fast and divace is come too hot 42* C all the time.
When put on 2G only thing are normal and superb.
This make me think when 3G is on its stay allways on , radio module work all the time and phone drain and become hot.

Doesn't necessarily have to be a bug, I observed this too, but not always, probably only when in weak signal when phone keeps searching for it. I turn 3G on only when needed, which is almost never.

Its will be good to implement something like " turn on 3G when screen on and back to 2G when phone is idle or sleep''

This is not in the kernel, it's the radio chip itself.
The same happens to my N1 and to most android devices actually. It depends on the network coverage and your usage.

Note that the radio chip runs a different firmware a.k.a the baseband and only communicates with the linux kernel, i.e. it's not running on top of the kernel to modify it in any way.
