When buying a new Micro SD card, does brand really matter?

That is a pretty good card I use the SanDisk 32GB Extreme for video and DSLR. That one should be great for point and shoot cameras. You have to run it though the laundry to fit our micro SD slot.

I think I'll be ordering this http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004G6...4013540&sr=8-1 so I can sell my zune and ipod touch and just go down to one device.
My stock 16gb class 2 card has served me well for about a year now, but I'll need more room to fit my music and a couple movies at a time all on my phone!

Thanks for that link. I haven't looked at prices in a while and they have come way down!

Yeah I stopped in at best buy and they are still charging 70 bucks for a class 4 32gb pny! Sandisk card is 40 at either Walmart or radio shack (currently on sale), but I like 23 better.

Thought I'd update: I ordered the card I linked to, selected from memory mogul due to a review I read, and received it 4 days later. Works as it should, is a legit 32gb sandisk.
According to SD tools has a read speed of 15+ mbps (vs 8+ stock) while write speed is more in line with the class 4 rating at 4+ (stock was 6+). So for 23 bucks I'm satisfied.
