Ah damn, it didn't really work.. but it stays for a less amount of time now. I guess i'm just gunna have to live with it! Thanks anyways crazykas!

The message still appears... sadly. :\. Maybe it's one of my apps that keep trying to connect to the internet?

Did you rest your phone?I mean factory reset?After that,you restored all the apps or just messaging app?

Yeah, I did a factory reset, and got most of my apps back. (Which isn't a lot: Lookout mobile security, Easy task killer, Easy battery manager, temple run, angry birds space.) Those were the only apps I had on my phone ever. I was thinking it might be Lookout mobile security... but i'm not sure.

OH! Nevermind, I found out it was the Battery saver I installed. It kept requiring me to allow certain apps access to internet, so i tried uninstalling it and it worked! No more bothering messages! Thanks a lot, crazykas!

Glad to see you solve it!I was about to ask what apps have you installed.By the way,the is a app called LEB Privacy guard.It can block permissions(such as internet accessing,internet blocking) of apps which we installed.Use it to block unwanted apps.
