What are the improvements?
I set the CPU to 778 and I noticed an excessive consumption of battery!

ROM Link: http://671.b.hostable.me/Photon_Andr...se_3.5_v05.zip
Its multilingual but videos do not play and setup wizard crashes... + no google apps .. need to be installed.. I would stick with the original version..

Red face Enough Battery Life... Good Performance..

I'm currently using this rom for daily use.. I charged it overnight and started using it at 7:00am .. set to the 2G GSM network.. Ondemand 245min & 600max with cpu control lite.. Set brightness to around 35%.. Now it is 12:37 .. Had 12 Calls Received and sent 60 SMS's and disabled Data Sync... and battery is 73%...Seems to be working good Maybe battery used slightly more than CM7 but it will stay for a whole day working ..

one problem i would like to know, is about the RAM.
actually this happen to all android ROMs for hd mini.
there should be 384MB RAM for the phone, but in android we seems that we can only use 279MB! what are those space left for?
